Prices & conditions

The prices are exclusive final cleaning and local tax. For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of 150,- EUR.

Local tax

For all guests over 14 years a local tax of 2,60 EUR per person per night will be charged. This tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately.

Payment

In order for your booking to be valid, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30 percent of the booking total. You can pay the final bill in cash or by prepayment with bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards, thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation

The Austrian hotel regulations apply. In general, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in written form.
§5.5 Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting party.

§5.6 Outside the period specified in §5.5, cancellation by unilateral declaration by the Party is possible only upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

• up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price
• up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price
• in the last week before the arrival date 90 % of the total arrangement price
• in case of NON-arrival 100% of the total arrangement price

The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
